On the way home I listened to the Michael Graham show to hear what "the other side" are saying about the Occupy movement. A lot of it is yelling that we don't know what we're talking about, which has been addressed in many other ways, but today he mentioned that a young woman was allegedly raped at Occupy Cleveland on Saturday and mainstream media are not covering it.
Apparently a 19 year old girl showed up at Occupy Cleveland and was told to share a tent with a man she didn't know called "Leland." She did as she was told, fell asleep, and woke up to him molesting her.
A Plan for Today
Today marks day two of Joey's super awesome, restful vacation of productivity. I want to use the next few days (minus the two I will be up a mountain with my boo) constructing a writing habit. This post is the first step in that plan of action.
Reading | An Executive Decision
Out of all the things I need to do right now, the least of which is definitely going to be reading. However, I'm on vacation, and I have a perfectly wonderful children's novel in front of me, waiting to be commentated.
In the world of Questionable Content, robots and artificial intelligence abound. This doesn't so much frighten me in a "OH GOD THE ROBOTS ARE SEEKING REVENGE AAAAH" way, but more in a "Oh God, why is my robot so depressed, tell it to shut up!" kind of way.
In this "episode" of QC, Marigold takes her AntroPC, Momo, to get a new chassis. The part that worries me is the last frame with the smiling humidifier.
